One-on-One Coaching

Individual coaching is a great way to get one-on-one support as you navigate through this process, especially if there are many sleep challenges going on during your pregnancy or with your child and you’re not sure where to start.  This process can be challenging, so our goal is always to provide you with as much support and guidance as possible as we work towards better sleep for your entire family!

If you’re considering sleep coaching, we have three packages available and you can choose the option that works best for you below. You will also find a few more details about what you can expect from the process and FAQs.

Virtual Sleep Classes

Our Maternity, Newborn, 4-12 Month, and Toddler online classes are video-based, each containing 4/5 easy-to-follow modules. These classes are self-paced and can be consumed all at once or gradually as you implement each step. In each class, we teach you exactly where to start as you set healthy sleep foundations, and we walk you through the process A-Z, covering everything from short naps to early risings, pregnancy challenges, and everything in between.

ebook Sleep Guides

Our sleep guides are great for parents who need a few pointers and help troubleshooting their child’s sleep, but feel confident implementing these practices on their own. Our sleep guides vary in length (between 15-25 pages) and cover step-by-step instructions on how to tackle nights & naps based on your baby’s age.

Group Sleep Coaching Course

Our group sleep coaching is great for parents who want to be encouraged and guided through the sleep teaching process, but might not be ready to invest in 1:1 coaching. Our group sleep coaching consists of 7 full days in a private group, with 2-3 phone calls with a sleep consultant to walk you through the steps to take for better sleep!

Webinars/workshops

Join us at one of our live monthly webinars/workshops! Each month we cover a different topic related to pediatric/maternity sleep from one of our team members/experts. During these 1 hour webinars, we will provide information, education, and resources on a specific topic, and provide tips on how to implement different sleep practices to lead you and your child to better sleep!

Book a Consultation

Book a discovery call so we can learn more about your situation and suggest a support option. This call serves only as an evaluation and not a full consultation. Another option, is to book a one hour consultation with one of our sleep consultants via phone. This option is great for initial sleep questions, maintenance or follow ups, questions about travel or regressions, and/or emergency sleep needs. Available for all ages!
